Welcome Fellow Alumni! The Leadership Springfield Alumni Association gives all graduates of the Leadership Springfield program an opportunity to continue to network with fellow graduate peers, continue to learn about the community and to give back to the program as a volunteer. Currently, there are more than 600 Leadership Springfield Alumni in the Springfield area representing professional, educational, government and not  The Association encourages members to continue to expand their involvement in our community by: Community Networking Community Education Volunteer involvement with the current class of Leadership Springfield Board and Activities for Not-For-Profits Speakers Bureau
